DITCH THE

OVERWHELM

You're holding your breath on event day not because the work isn’t good, but because you've been building the plane while flying it. And nobody handed you a blueprint.

You've sent the pitch deck. You followed up. You heard "we'll circle back" — and you still don't know what's actually standing between your deck and a yes.

You're doing the work of a strategic event leader without the system, the language, or the framework to do it with confidence every single time.

The Pitch Edit

$197 · One strategic review · 7 business days

You’ve sent the deck. You’ve followed up. And the answer is still a soft maybe that never becomes a yes. This isn’t vague feedback or a proofreading pass. It’s a full strategic read of your pitch materials from the perspective of the person actually deciding with specific, prioritized notes that tell you exactly where the clarity breaks down and what to do about it before you send it again.

YOU JUST HAVEN'T HAD the right system yet. THAT'S WHAT I'M HERE FOR.

THE PITCH THAT FINALLY CLOSES

For the deck that looks right but keeps landing in "we'll circle back." You'll know exactly where it's losing the room — and what to change before it goes out again.

THE EVENT THAT RUNS ITSELF

Because the system is so clear that every vendor and every team member knows exactly what's happening — whether you're in the room or not. That's the goal. This is how you get there.

THE CONFIDENCE THAT COMES FROM PREPARATION

Not "I hope this works." The kind that comes from having done the work before the day starts — so the day runs because of your system, not in spite of it.

THE BUDGET THAT EARNS A YES

Fixed costs. Variable costs. Contingency. A post-event report that speaks the language of your CFO. Budgets that demonstrate results get renewed. Programs that can't — don't.

THE LANGUAGE OF LEADERSHIP

ROI. Stakeholder alignment. Measurable outcomes. You'll walk into any room — any pitch meeting, any leadership conversation — and make the case for every decision you make.

THE SYSTEM THAT CARRIES FORWARD

The first event after these programs is different. The tenth is better. The work compounds instead of resets — every single time. That's the thing that changes everything.

I’VE BEEN ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TABLE

ABOUT

FOUNDER AND CEO
Create Something Amazing

I’ve been the one building the deck at midnight and the one deciding at 9pm whether to forward it or let it go. I’ve defended event budgets in front of CFOs, managed productions across 8 countries, and sat in the room when pitches landed and in the room when they didn’t.

What I learned from all of it is this: the gap between doing extraordinary work and getting consistently paid for it is almost never about the work. It’s about whether the business around it the materials, the positioning, the systems is making the case as clearly as you do in person.

“That’s what everything here is built to fix. Not your talent. Your infrastructure.”

If you’re building something that’s genuinely yours a production company, a creative consultancy, a freelance practice that reflects the full range of what you bring and you’re ready for clients who recognize that and pay for it, you’re in the right place.
